What this site is

This is where I pull together information from a bunch of places: studies, doctor write-ups, and recommendations other people have already made. I am a nerd. I wish I had all of this sitting in one tab when I started the journey. I did not, so I built the tab.

Along the way you get a mixing calculator that shows its math, a plain-words explainer for what the numbers mean, a seller table that checks who actually posts lab reports, and a guide to reading those reports.

Who writes it

My name is Mark Sommers and I edit every page here. One guy, not a newsroom. A nerd with a browser history that would make a normal person need a nap.

I hold no medical licence of any kind. None of this is personal medical advice. Think of it as a scrapbook of studies, doctor reports, and recommendations other people have already made, sorted so you do not have to start from zero the way I did. Ideas and paperwork, not a prescription.

Nobody sends me product. Vendors cannot ship a box of free vials and hope for a glowing ranking, because I do not accept them. No gift bags. No "just trying to help" care packages. No outside influence wearing a smiley face. If the paperwork is good, the cell says so. If it is not, it does not. That is the whole plot.

Our promise, in one paragraph

I show the work. Every calculator answer comes with its math. Every claim about a seller shows the date and the page I checked. If I cannot check something, it says "not verified" instead of a guess. If I get something wrong, I fix it on the page. The long version is on How we check.
