By goal
Which peptides have actually been studied for what
Pick a goal. You get every peptide we have read the research on, ranked by how strong that research is, with all four scores shown and every study linked to PubMed. The honest headline: nothing here scores well, because the evidence is thin almost everywhere.
Sources checked 2026-08-24. No amounts, no schedules, on any page.
Injury recovery
Studies about healing damaged tendon, ligament, muscle, bone or joint tissue after an injury.
See the rankingWound healing
Studies about closing skin wounds, burns, and ulcers that will not heal.
See the rankingSkin and aging
Studies about skin appearance, collagen, scalp and hair, in people or in human skin cells.
See the rankingGut inflammation
Studies about inflammation of the bowel, in animals or in cells.
See the rankingA ranking is not a recommendation. Being first on one of these lists means a peptide has been studied more carefully than the others, not that it works or that it is safe. On two of these pages the top scorer is a peptide whose best trial found nothing.
Why the lists are short
We only rank a peptide once we have read its studies and linked them. Four peptides are on the site today. Eight more are planned. We would rather show you four peptides with every source visible than forty with none.
The rules that produce the order are published before the results, on How we check. If you think the weights are wrong, the numbers are all there to redo them.
